Related to previous post about diet tips, I want to add more tips. I hope this is not even makes you guys who still on diet become more frustrate. I don’t want to put more burdens on you.

Food selection is very important when you are on diet. Take the foods that have maximum nutrients with least numbers of calories. The three basic foods that are good for diet are seeds, vegetables and fruits, nuts and grains.

It is also recommended to do exercise, especially fat burner exercises.
