Maybe some of you already know that Warcraft III and World of Warcraft has been my favorite game since so long. This game has been achieved a big success since its launch in Novenber 2004.

If you are an old gaming player you probably know the evolution of this game. The first time Warcraft appears was in 1994 with the title Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. It was the beginning which introduces the Orc tribe. It is a good introduction with a simple game play but actually the best was still to come.

In 1995 the following series is called Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness, has so many improvement than the older one. The sound, the graphic and the storytelling was fascinating and got so many players attention. Warcraft 2 was a masterpiece.

After developing he game for so long, in 2002 Blizzard entertainment releases Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos. This game also achieved even bigger success. With the additional of few more tribes, making the story develop and interesting.

World of Warcraft, the 4th game in the series was the first previewed in March 2004. The beta tester was released and received great reviews. When it is actually released in North America on Tuesday the 23rd of November 2004, the crown of enthusiastic people become more and more. Blizzard estimated that 240,000 copies were sold in the first day alone. These were record numbers for a game of this genre and so World of Warcraft became the fastest-selling online game in history.

With the growth of World of Warcraft, the game is becoming more and more popular. World of Warcraft accounts are also become commodities. Expansions are also made, so many bugs fixed and the world of Azeroth has grown. It is still a popular game until now.
