If you have been to Spain, you probably ever experience paella. Paella is a traditional food originated from Spain, also known as Spanish rice. There are at least two kinds of paella which are very famous, seafood paella and valencian paella. While what we just had yesterday was Paella with Chicken, Artichoke, and Red Peppers.

Perfect paella should be cooked using paella pan, with a thin layer of rice and other ingredients on top of it.
