    According to Dr. Fuhrman’s “Eat to Live” book, the secret is in the chemical composition of foods and/or ingredients. There are foods with high calories but low nutrients, and there are others that are the opposite: high nutrients with low calories.
    If you eat more of the good ones, and less of the bad ones, you get a caloric deficit that translates to weight loss.
