I am counting already more than five of my friend who talked to me and asked for advices about how to have a good diet and losing weight. Losing weight permanently is the main purpose for those who have an overweight body. It is like a never ending battle for some people.

Beside doing a proper diet and having exercise regularly, taking weight loss pills is also recommended.
