Apricots
My best friend has several apricot trees, and she promised to supply me fresh apricots. I would like to try some apricot recipes.
Apricot trees are well suited to drought-prone areas as the fruits are small. They are also mature fast and early before the main heat of summer. Most of the apricot trees are grown on a rootstock best suited to give a standard or vigorous grower or even to produce bigger fruit.
Apricot trees don’t require particularly cold winter, which allows them to be grown far more widely than other fruit-trees. They require less attention than the other fruit-trees.
