In the past few weeks, my activity was very full of physical tiring works and also sport exercise. Seeing the food I consume everyday was pretty good and it fulfills my daily need of calories, nutrition and vitamins. One thing that I lack was sleeping. Sleeping is a crucial thing that can not be replaced by consuming any food. The body needs rest.
Some recommend me to take sleep pills in order to get a good rest because the most important thing is not how long we sleep, but the quality of our sleep that matter.
