Lose Weight Why Not

ideal bocyRecently I was thinking about making a goal in my life. I divide them two categories, long term and short term. One of my short term goals is to lose weight. This is how I keep myself motivated in pursuing my goals. Write them in a piece of paper, making some paragraph about the reason why I must achieve them.

This motivation keep me motivated in having exercise and with a little help from weight loss supplement I’m sure it will work.
