United States government has a free program operated by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with Social Security Administration. This program is called E-Verify. This is an internet-based program that compares information from an employee’s Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 to data from U.S. government. Every U.S employer is required to display e-verify poster depending on the specific operations or nature of the relationship with the federal government. E-Verify and Right to Work poster is available in both English and Spanish as it is required. Please post the poster to meet the requirement.
