Best Diet
The best way for diet is not by eating less food but eat what you need. To have a good diet people sometime even have to eat more than they usually eat. Of course the important thing is how much calories to consume everyday and it has to be imbalance with the exercise. People in diet also have to have a good and enough sleep.
Actually I don’t recommend appetite suppressants because it is not needed unless you are a person who really like to eat.
