Are you a coffee lover like me? Well you better watch your dosage of coffee you take everyday. The coffee lovers who have high blood pressure mostly drink 5 cups of coffee everyday, which is too much. There is no exact measurement for how much coffee allowed per day, but research said that for healthy people, 300 mg caffeine doesn’t cause side effect.
So, how much coffee do you drink everyday? As long as it is not too much, there is nothing to worry. For me, every morning I turn on my computer and start web designing and blogging, I just enjoy my coffee from my capresso coffee machine. Hmm… Nice!
