Being healthy is one of my targets this year, but despite the fact, I just had a problem with my health. I got injured when I did sport. It was because I was forcing myself to do the exercise. Sport is good for health but it turns out to be a bad thing if you do it too much.
I came to the conclusion that I need to learn more about doing sport and also counting my eating calories.
