Very true as a hotel owner myself that trades heavily on our internet presence and publish our ratings on sites such as Trip Advisor personal ratings are very important.
It allows persons searching for accommodation to sort the wheat from the chaff and ensure they can get a quality establishment at a quality price.

I keep a guest comments book in my reception area and harvest email addresses from guests as part of the registration process giving them the opportunity to choose a privacy option where they wish. If they leave a favourable written comment in the book I email them a template thanking them for their kind comments and asking if they would be good enough to provide a rating on Trip Advisor.

Clearly internet presence is becoming vitally important in marketing strategy and every advantage must be taken within it to stay ahead of the pack.

Hi
You are asking about the upcoming holiday.
Me, for instance, i'm going to Malta this summer, and I'll be staying in Balluta Bay for a week, at the Lemeridien St Julians (5 stars). It's not too cheap, but hey.. It sounds nice, if we are to believe the reviews.
