Setting Your Goal

Setting goal is necessary in everything. I also do it regularly. This is not only in business or work, but in daily life too. This is a good example of setting goal that one of my friends did, about setting a mini goal first. A short term or what she called it mini-goal can be set to achieve goal. A mini goal should be specific and achievable and also measurable. She set the goal to get a better body shape. With all effort she did like exercise, consuming Solo Slim
