Before I make web templates I used to have a small business. Although I decide to leave my offline business slowly now in order to focus on the online one, making blog templates, I want to share a little bit about starting a business.
What I want to share this time is the marketing strategy. It starts with the attitude. Okay, you have decided to start your own business. Getting some money from small business loans or somewhere else, then you have finally your business set up.
If you think that you are good that what you do and don’t need to advertise, think again. Marketing is important, whether you like it or not, you need to do a marketing campaign to build your business.
What if you think that you don’t have time for marketing because you prefer to do something else that is more productive? If you have enough clients and jobs, it’s okay. You already busy doing your responsibility doing your job for your clients. But the fact is you still need to market your business even minimally.
The next thought is about the advertising campaign that works. May be you also think that your advertising campaign doesn’t work for you. If it so, you need to evaluate your marketing strategy. Here are some points to consider:
Is your message clear enough to the audience?
Is the strategy you use applicable to the target market?
Do you exert your market enough?
