Finding a Balance Between Working and Exercising
I live in a community of hardworking people which sometime it brings not so good habit in term of having a healthy life. Workaholic people usually don’t have time to take care of their body. We often finish working late and go home late at night and even worse, we spend time drinking alcohol after work.
Luckily I have a friend at work who still thinks to live a healthy life. We spend time together exercising in a gym after work. Having one hour treadmill everyday keeps my body fit and healthy.
