The eye shadow is a key factor for eye makeup. Use concealer for your eye makeup foundation and to lighten dark circles under the eyes before applying the rest of your makeup. You should really know how to blend. Use three different colors in complimentary shades, depending on how dramatic the effect you want to create. Start light then go darker. Brush the base color, apply the lid color, and then apply the highlighter. Be careful to blend the dark shadow only on the outside edge. If you want to make your eyes brighter, then use white. Apply a dot of white shadow or pencil on the inside of the eye near the tear duct.
Use eye liner to define the shape of your eyes by drawing a line just outside your lashes. Use mascara for your eye lashes to make them look fuller and longer.
