I personally love Photobucket to host my image. It’s free, fast, reliable and easy to host, share and link your images and videos to blogs. The maximum file size for free users is 1 MB. With Photobucket, you can upload your images via a regular email address Flickr and Imageshack is another good choice.

Making the site icon is very easy. Use your favourite paint program to create icon picture (32×32 pixel). Save as iconname.ico. Upload this file into the same folder with your frontpage of site.
Then you have to insert tag:
